Qualification details

Release 4. This is the fourth release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The following general elective unit update has been added:

• TLIF0009 Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility).

Release 3. This is the third release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The following change has been made:

• TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck replaces
• TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a forklift truck.

Release 2. This is the second release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The following units have been updated with new codes:

• TLIB0002 Carry out vehicle inspection
• TLIE0002 Process workplace documentation.

Release 1. This is the first release of this qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package.

This is a qualification for those engaged in furniture removal job roles within the transport and logistics industry.

Job roles 

Job roles and titles vary across different sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:

• furniture removalist
• team leader.

No licensing legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

A total of 12 units of competency  comprising:

4 core units  listed below, plus 

8 general elective units  from the general elective units listed below.

Up to 3 of the general elective units  may be selected from any relevant nationally endorsed Training Package or accredited course. The general elective units must contribute to the vocational outcomes of the qualification. 

Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with.
