Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to provide specialist advice related to materiel logistics in accordance with relevant organisational policy and procedures. It includes identifying issues, providing advice, formulating options and selecting preferred options to address identified issues. This unit specifically addresses advice that is relevant to materiel logistics activity; it is not intended to cover technical advice that is provided in a broader context of the organisational endeavour or a professional discipline. This unit was developed for materiel logistics specialists working within materiel logistics, and may be applicable to individuals in broader logistics roles Individuals work independently or as part of a team under direct or indirect supervision, use discretion and judgement, and take responsibility for the quality of their outputs. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
