The purpose of this proposed Certificate II in Employability (Becoming a Worker) is to develop the learner's (person with disability’s) employability skills so that they are truly work ready, empowered and equipped to be employed in competitive employment environments. The course has been written (as was the original course), as a direct response to the need for specific employability skills training for jobseekers and workers with disabilities.
