This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to teach Holistic Classical yoga for health and wellbeing and apply yoga specialty areas therapeutically for the management of health, wellness, and chronic disease for a range of clients.

Specialist skills will be underpinned by the knowledge of ancient Yoga philosophies, practices and techniques that can be incorporated into people’s lives to assist people to effectively manage their lifestyle, health, and wellbeing.

This course applies to yoga teachers and yoga therapists who work autonomously with independent clients and groups of people of diverse ages and abilities both in person and in an online environment.
