Many of the outcomes and coverage will include references to AS4817:2019 (currently being updated and now in draft form awaiting formal publication) and ISO 21508:2018 Earned Value in project and programme management.

Other general skills include:
• Supporting project managers to achieve project objectives
• Contributing to establishing integrated baseline plans for projects
• Confirming the basis of baseline control
• Establishing and managing performance metrics
• Managing sub-contractors and their performance
• Identifying baseline deviations and recommending corrective actions, and
• Supporting project closure activities.
