Amendments to the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 commenced on 1 July 2024 including new provisions in relation to lapsing. Where a provider’s registration lapsed on 1 July 2024 this is currently showing end reason as “Registration period expired” on the National Register. This will be updated on 3 July 2024 to reflect the status end reason “Registration Lapsed”. See ASQA’s website for more details.
