CONDITION 29(1) - Impose, under s 29(1) of the NVR Act, the following condition on the provider's registration, consistent with its current registration period of 16 October 2025:

 The RTO must retain, and provide to ASQA within 14 days on request, copies of completed student assessment records for a period of 18 months from the date of completion.
