Decision Details

  1. Acro Training Group Pty Ltd must securely retain copies of completed student assessment items, for a period of 12 months from the date on which the judgement of competence for each relevant unit of competency is made.
  2. Acro Training Group Pty Ltd must advise ASQA within 14 days of any changes to its current staff, including changes to their job titles and responsibilities.
  3. Acro Training Group Pty Ltd must not apply to increase its scope of RTO registration or for initial registration under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (Cth) (‘the ESOS Act’), until ASQA conducts a future audit.
  4. Acro Training Group Pty Ltd must conduct an internal audit to assess its compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) (‘the RTO Standards’) every 6 months, starting from the date the RTO commences delivery of training and assessment, and prepare an internal audit report to present to ASQA at any future ASQA audit; 5. Acro Training Group Pty Ltd must validate at least 20% of all units of competency within each VET qualification on its scope of registration by 1 April 2022, in accordance with clauses 1.9 — 1.11 of the RTO Standards. As part of the validation process, the RTO must sample ten (10) completed and marked student assessment files for validation, with the assistance of an independent validator, to determine whether assessment is conducted in accordance with clause 1.8 of the Standards. The RTO must prepare a report on the process, outcomes, and action taken as a result of the validation process. The RTO must retain, and provide to ASQA upon request, a copy of the validation report and all primary evidence referred to in the report.
