  • Within 2 months of the date of decision, the applicant is to conduct a review of all assessments completed by students between 1 January 2023 and 7 July 2023 to ensure that assessment practices and judgments comply with the assessment requirements of the relevant training package or VET accredited course and are in accordance with the Principles of Assessment and the Rules of Evidence. The applicant is to retain copies of all assessments reviewed, as well as records of the outcome of the review, for a period of 12 months from the date of decision, or until the documents are requested by ASQA.
