Description:
This course is designed to prepare people for the role played by the allied professional in the field of cardiac electrophysiology, a role that is vitally important and that carries great responsibility in terms of patient care, treatment and outcome.
The course aims to provide complete and comprehensive training and education at a sufficiently advanced level to suit the high level of responsibility required to fill this role.
The course will formalise education and training, providing a means to evaluate employees’ skills and abilities throughout the nation. It will provide complete and comprehensive training and education at a sufficiently advanced level to suit the high level of responsibility required to fill this role. It will standardise the skill sets and knowledge base nationally and enhance job satisfaction. It will allow wages to be elevated to more appropriately reflect the roles and responsibilities of the job and put practitioners in line with colleagues and peers.
The increase in skill levels will ultimately lead to increased levels of patient care and safety and potentially reduce the risks and complications associated within the field.
