Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to instruct customers/users in the use of electrotechnology apparatus. It includes appropriate customer relations, using apparatus manufacturer instruction material, instructing methods and completing instruction documentation. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
