Application
This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to lead digital supply chain implementation. It includes identifying digital supply chain capabilities and vision, leading digital supply chain implementation, building digital supply chain capabilities and reviewing and reporting on digital supply chain implementation. Harnessing technological hardware and software for real time operations will require supply chain organisations to revamp their processes and procedures. Leading digital supply chain implementation needs continuous engagement with customers and suppliers, as well as managing personnel through technological, cultural and organisational change. The unit is applicable to those with management or team leadership responsibilities within a supply chain. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
