Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to implement asset management systems. It includes determining management control processes; implementing existing practices, procedures and systems; and reviewing service levels in various contexts within the transport and logistics industry. The unit generally applies to those who lead individuals or teams and have responsibility for implementing and monitoring asset management systems. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
