Release 1. This is the first release of this unit of competency in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package.
Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to conduct a general train examination in accordance with organisational procedures and the requirements of relevant safeworking regulations and codes of practice. It includes preparing for examination; undertaking a general train examination including rolling stock integrity, components and loading; and reporting examination results. This unit applies to train drivers required to conduct a general train examination. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
