Qualification Description
This qualification is for those engaged in or entering the road transport terminal operations environment. It involves a prescribed range of tasks including known routines and procedures, freight handling and other duties, and the use of technology. It provides a foundation for career opportunities within the wider road transport sector. This qualification is suitable for:

Packaging Rules
A total of 16 units of competency comprising: 9 core units listed below plus one of the GROUP A specialist elective units (Fatigue risk management) 6 general elective units from the general elective units listed below. Up to 2 of the general elective units may be selected from any relevant nationally endorsed Training Package or accredited course. The general elective units must contribute to the vocational outcomes of the qualification. Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with. |
