Description
This skill set provides the necessary skills and knowledge for workplace trainers and for those who train under supervision in the vocational education and training (VET) sector via a workplace delivery model.
Pathways Information
These units provide credit towards TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units.
Licensing/Regulatory Information
This skill set meets the minimum education requirement for trainers operating under supervision in applicable VET legislation, frameworks and/or standards. The skill set is a successor to TAESS00013 Enterprise Trainer-Mentoring Skill Set.

Target Group
This skill set is for individuals who train others in a workplace. The training may be accredited or non-accredited. The role may involve some coaching at the individual or small group level.
