Description
This Skill Set reflects the skills requirements to lead the implementation of the organisation’s approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR). It includes assessing the organisation’s current performance against own values, stakeholder expectations and relevant local or international standards and guidelines. It includes developing strategies to identify and address CSR risks and opportunities, and implementing, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on those strategies. There is a strong focus on stakeholder consultation and communication and the integration of social responsibilities into the organisation’s work practices.
