Qualification Description
The MSM10216 Certificate I in Manufacturing (Pathways) is designed to develop skills that are essential for employment and skills that relate directly to a work activity as specified in the selected industry/technical unit.
The units selected must provide practical skills that are relevant and useful to the area in which the person hopes to gain employment or is currently working. The group of units should be chosen to support the project and should incorporate both the technical and employability skills needed for work.
Achievement of the MSM10216 Certificate I in Manufacturing (Pathways) will provide the student with a set of competencies that collectively open up pathways into employment and/or further study in the manufacturing industry.

Packaging Rules
To be awarded the MSM10216 Certificate I in Manufacturing (Pathways), competency must be achieved in nine (9 ) units of competency:

A maximum of three (3 ) relevant units can be selected from this Training Package, other endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses, where those units are packaged in a Certificate I or II. Any elective unit/s selected from another Training Package must relate to the core function/role of the selected industry/technical unit. |
