Application
This unit describes the skills required to work with others and make a positive contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of a team in a defence force environment which may include high stakes outcomes. This unit applies to all workers in Defence, but is particularly relevant to operations where teamwork is critical to safety and success of the mission. The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out. Organisational policies and procedures must be consulted and adhered to. Those undertaking this unit would work predominantly under direct supervision, with limited responsibility towards others, while performing specific tasks, in a broad range of contexts. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to unit at the time of publication. |
