This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to communicate effectively with a range of arts professionals in the context of an arts organisation. It describes the role of the arts administrator or manager in working with a broad range of arts professionals. As such the unit builds on unit CUVADM11B Work within an arts organisation context. It involves an understanding of the work context of arts professionals and an understanding of the need for information by the arts professionals. This work is carried out under limited supervision. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement. |
