Application
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to develop basic analytical skills to identify music notation conventions and to play or sing music from simple written music notation.
It applies to individuals who are instrumentalists and vocalists, and use music reading skills in a performance context.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

1. Explore conventions of music notation |

2. Perform notated music on an instrument or voice |
