Application
This unit of competency specifies the skills and knowledge required to work effectively and sustainably work in the construction industry.
The unit includes the identification and clarification of the construction industry work context, scope and employment conditions, responsibility required to be accepted by the individual, working in a team, individual career path improvement activities and sustainable work practices and techniques.
The unit is suitable for those with basic skills and knowledge undertaking routine work tasks under the direction of more experienced workers.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Plan work activities and establish priorities and deadlines with work group colleagues. |

Review safe work methods and practices and select and use personal protective equipment (PPE). |
