Description:
The purpose of the course is to provide the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for working as an extra, bit part actor or lead actor in film and television productions. This training is designed for students who have strong intentions of pursuing acting as a career and provides skills and knowledge in a broad range of foundation and intermediate acting tasks relating to film and television, to enhance employment prospects as performers in film and television.

The target group for the course is VCAL and VCE students currently undertaking Years 10, 11 and 12 in secondary schools in Victoria.

22576VIC Certificate III in Acting (Screen) supersedes and is equivalent to 22307VIC Certificate III in Acting (Screen).

Nominal hours range from 580 to 710.
