Certificate IV (Access) outcomes focus on the consolidation of advanced English language speaking and listening, reading and writing skills to access a range of community options. Outcomes include a range of complex communication skills and knowledge in English, literacy skills including digital literacy skills and a range of electives focusing on cultural knowledge and skills. The purpose of this qualification is to enable those seeking to further develop their existing knowledge and skills in English to participate effectively in the community, including leadership roles.
