This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:
• English language proficiency of the Canadian Language Benchmarks, CLB 4
• English language proficiency to undertake qualifications requiring proficiency of CLB 4, ISLPR® 1+, IELTS 4 or CEFR A2+ on entry, which provide a pathway to access employment, training and community participation.
