End of life doulas also qualify to provide or facilitate home (or other facility) based after-death care, vigil, and ceremony while providing grief and bereavement support.
Graduates of The Certificate IV will qualify to practice within a multi-disciplinary approach to end of life, bridging the non-medical service provision gaps in current models of palliative and aged care currently provided by the medical community, hospice and palliative care workers and volunteers.
