Description:

This course is a professional qualification for the role of the Building Biologist Consultant, whose skills and knowledge require them to investigate and quantify health hazards in the built environment and provide strategies to address exposure and/or source control and abatement. Building Biologists apply methods and technologies to gather, interpret and analyse information and evidence and interpret technical data. They are required to communicate and network with allied industries (health and medical, restoration, mould remediation, architecture, legal and building and construction) to provide solutions to complex problems, specific to the client’s needs.

The course provides other professionals including health practitioners, integrative general physicians, mould remediators, restorers, builders, building designers, architects, electricians, building designers and practicing Feng Shui consultants, with the skills and knowledge to incorporate building biology theories and practices into their current work activities.
