Description:

This course is aimed at individuals who design, develop, deliver and evaluate non-accredited training programs and learning pathways, who are responsible for analysing learning needs, designing and delivering non-accredited training solutions to improve workplace performance, and evaluating the impact of the learning experience and the application of learning to the workplace.

This course is intended to provide students with a range of specialised knowledge and skills to:

• define and develop learning outcomes and associated performance criteria to meet specified job role/environment skills in the workplace
• design and deliver non-accredited training programs in a corporate context with workplace specific outcomes
• utilise learning principles and theories to sustain motivation of learners to apply learnings
• identify and analyse the training needs of individuals to support the development and delivery of learning programs
• design and implement methods to support transferability of learnings to the workplace
• facilitate adult learning using key adult learning concepts, theories and principles
• design and develop evaluation tools and conduct evaluation of training outcomes
• plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for training programs
