Description:
The purpose of the Certificate III in English Proficiency is to provide learners with the level of English proficiency required to access further opportunities for study, employment and community engagement.

This course is intended to provide learners with the following general educational outcomes:
• use English language skills to:
o participate in routine verbal exchanges
o read and write routine texts
o give and respond to routine instructions
o apply learning strategies
o use digital technologies to complete routine tasks
• communicate effectively for personal, social, educational and workplace purposes
• establish goals and pathways
