Description:
This course is intended to provide participants with a range of applied knowledge, skills (generic and specific competencies) and attributes to perform the role of a pharmacist in a position of influence or management.

In these roles, pharmacists are required to generate and critically evaluate complex ideas, and to initiate, design and execute management functions within highly varied or specialised pharmacy contexts. Typically, they would have significant responsibility and accountability for personal outputs and work of others and be responsible for the transfer of multifaceted knowledge to patients, carers, staff and other health professionals.
