Description:
This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to work as a professional coach. It is applicable to both external consultants and relevant internal managers and professionals. Specifically, graduates will be able to:
• apply the appropriate coaching model to meet client needs
• agree on and implement a contract for professional coaching
• demonstrate advanced coaching skills
• provide meaningful feedback that enhances development
• identify and address client resistance to development
• support the client to identify and address barriers to effectiveness
• role model personal leadership and transformation
• develop and maintain professional practice
• manage the relationship with internal or external clients.

The course is suitable for existing workers and new entrants wishing to develop and offer professional coaching services to business and the community.
