Description:
Graduates will be able to apply wellbeing interventions within their current job roles as additional tools to complement their existing workplace situations, in order to increase their individual, team and organisational wellbeing.
Graduates at this level will have technical and theoretical knowledge to support and implement physical and mental wellbeing interventions for themselves and others. It qualifies individuals who apply integrated technical and theoretical concepts in the area of wellbeing, including:
• Ability to analyse information to establish the current wellbeing states
• Gaining awareness of desired wellbeing states
• Setting wellbeing goals and developing action plans to increase wellbeing self
• Applying wellbeing frameworks and behaviours to achieve goals
• Using strengths-based strategies to develop wellbeing of self and others
• Acting as a role model for others
• Developing and monitoring wellbeing action plans to achieve goals
