Graduates of this course will obtain the skills to be able to assist in:
- monitoring benthic communities
- monitoring fish communities
- understanding marine data
- communicating with the public on marine issues
- constructing marine nurseries
- preparing corals to be used in nurseries, experiments and restoration
- presenting information to the public and participating in public campaigns
- taking part in marine environmental assessments
- monitoring environmental practices
- applying a basic understanding of marine conservation and restoration to activities.
