Description:

This course is intended to provide candidates with a range of knowledge, skills (generic and specific competencies) to support advancing pharmacy practice and to perform the role of a pharmacist in a position of leadership and management.

In these roles they are required to research, design and generate innovation, lead practice change, develop and execute strategic plans and provide leadership within highly varied or specialised pharmacy contexts.

Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for their personal output and the work of others and have an increased sphere of influence outside the team.
