Description:
Purna Yoga represents a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama breath control and the yogic personal and social code of ethics. To live a Purna yoga lifestyle means to be reflective on all aspects of one’s life, including nutritional intake, relationships with others in our immediate and wider community and how best to offer ourselves in acts of service.

Students who successfully achieve this qualification will be able to perform the role of an Advanced Purna (integrated) Yoga teacher, with the ability to mentor and guide others in Purna lifestyle management techniques.
