Description:
This course is intended for those who work as Compliance Managers, senior managers, CEOs or specialists within an RTO and/or the VET sector.

This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills required to perform the following job functions associated with a Compliance Manager/Specialist:
- Interpreting VET legislation, frameworks and industry standards and developing and implementing approaches to compliance in line with strategic directions

- Leading the continuous improvement strategies, policies, and systems within an RTO

- Managing an RTO’s participation in audits conducted by the VET regulator and responding to audit outcomes

- Leading and managing course development and change to scope applications

- Managing the student experience to ensure high quality training, assessment, and support services

- Leading and managing human resource development strategies for an RTO and developing and implementing staff development programs

- Developing policies, procedures, and systems for implementation across the RTO

- Delivering staff training about legislation, regulations, changes, and improvements
