Description:
This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge, skills, generic and specific competencies to perform one or more of the following job roles in a creative Christian ministry in a church, or in another organisation outside a church setting:

• Dance captain
• Assistant to Choreographer
• Lead Actor
• Stage Manager
• Lead Vocalist
• Musician (Instrumental) – semi-professional musician level in a band or as a solo artist
• Composer of industry standard popular music
• Collaborative composer for film
• Producer for demo quality music recordings
• Composer of contemporary Christian music and worship songs
• Painter in a Group Exhibition
• Producer of a short film
• Editor for film, video or other media
• Camera operator
• First Assistant on film shoots
• Floor Manager on set
• Assistant Art Director

At this level individuals are expected to apply theory and creative skills in a range of situations and to display initiative and judgement in planning activities. They have autonomy in performing complex technical operations and can be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating the work of others within broad but generally well-defined parameters. Their work in Christian Ministry will encompass pastoral, management and administrative functions in relation to their artistic role.
