Description:
Students who successfully achieve this qualification will be able to perform the job role of a Purna (integrated) Yoga teacher.

The course will provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills to perform the following functions associated with a Purna (integrated) Yoga teacher:
• Ability to teach and demonstrate appropriate application of various Asana postures;
• Ability to teach and demonstrate breathing techniques found within Purna Yoga (Pranayama);
• Provide students with background information into Yogic philosophy and lifestyle.

They may be employed at gymnasiums and health centres.
