Description:

This course is designed to reflect the role of field-based trainers and assessors across industry sectors. These people have significant technical or vocational expertise and are expected to deliver skills-based training and conduct assessments of colleagues in the workplace, using resources and assessment tools developed by others.

In most cases, those undertaking this course will only undertake training and assessment activities in a part-time capacity, as an adjunct to their primary role.

This course is not intended for those who are responsible for delivering training or conducting assessments against nationally recognised units of competency or accredited courses.
