• Manage the business or community side of change
• Plan, lead, organise, control a project of change that achieves the benefits of change
• Negotiate the governance of change
• Coordinate the integration of change in the business and in consultation with other change partners, programs or portfolios of work
• Manage and develop Change Sponsorship and Change Leadership
• Manage a change management team
• Manage stakeholder engagement
