Impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following conditions on the RTO’s registration: The RTO must maintain ANMAC accreditation for HLT54115 Diploma of Nursing (or its successor) until and unless it is removed from scope. The RTO must comply with all requirements of its ANMAC accreditation. with immediate effect
