The following conditions are imposed on the RTO’s registration under the NVR Act s 29(1): The RTO must maintain ANMAC accreditation for HLT54115 Diploma of Nursing (or its successor) until and unless it is removed from scope. The RTO must comply with all requirements of its ANMAC accreditation.
