The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has imposed the following condition on The Victorian Centre for Training and Development Pty Ltd's registration under section 29 of the NVR Act: - The Victorian Centre for Training and Development Pty Ltd must notify ASQA (by emailing riskintelligence@asqa.gov.au) when it enrols its first (1st), tenth (10th), and thirtieth (30th) student following the reinstatement of its registration, within two weeks of each enrolment. This condition will be removed when these actions are completed. Condition of registration 20/Oct/2020
