Description:
The course is intended for fitness leaders who are seeking endorsement as group exercise instructors for Arthritis Australia’s Joint Movement program. It will provide participants with a range of specialised knowledge, and skills to perform the following functions associated with The Joint Movement™ (a national arthritis focussed group exercise program designed by Arthritis Australia):
• Gain endorsement as a Joint Movement™ Leader
• Provide information and strategies on musculoskeletal conditions
• Instruct warm water group exercise sessions for musculoskeletal conditions
• Instruct land based group exercise sessions for musculoskeletal conditions
