Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to implement and monitor inbound quality assurance (QA) systems in various contexts in the transport and logistics industry.
It includes planning for inbound QA as well as performing and evaluating inbound QA procedures.
The unit generally applies to those who lead individuals or teams.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
