Application of the unit |
This unit applies to cellar operations of a winemaking enterprise. It covers the set up, operation, monitoring, shutdown and cleaning of centrifugation equipment to clarify wine. The unit also covers the collection, treatment or disposal of waste generated by the centrifugation process. The unit applies to equipment controlled manually and through process control equipment. |
