This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:
• English language proficiency of the Canadian Language Benchmarks, CLB 3
• English language proficiency to undertake qualifications requiring proficiency of CLB3, ISLPR® 1, IELTS 3.5 or CEFR A2 on entry, which provide a pathway to access employment, training and community participation.
