Description:
This course is intended to provide participants with the following skills and knowledge to contribute to vocational outcomes such as:
• Evaluating an organisation's mental fitness and understanding risks and opportunities this presents.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring a mental fitness strategy across an organisation.
• Developing mental fitness and resilience plan for individuals.
• Preparing, developing and implementing a program logic model to determine and measure the inputs, outputs and outcomes of mental fitness and resilience programs.
• Researching and reporting on evidence supporting the need for individual or organisational programs and how to determine contextual priorities in relation the mental fitness and resilience program.
• Preparing, delivering and measuring the impact of the Appreciative Inquiry process and initiatives to improve organisational development mental fitness and resilience outcomes.
• Communicating updates and outcomes to all stakeholders following the Appreciative Inquiry Summit to maximise buy-in and engagement across the organisation for the mental fitness program.
• Implementing positive communication strategies that improve mental fitness and resilience to build a mentally fit organisational climate.

• Developing, implementing and monitoring meaning and purpose, and positive relationship outcomes for individual stakeholders through positive communication strategies and initiatives.
